This cake has been one of the most popular among my friends and my family since a long time. It is perfect for a fun tea party, or for warm family gatherings over a cup of coffee. The dessert you get, cooking by this recipe, is increeedibly soft, airy, melts in the mouth and makes the heart beat faster:)

You will need:
(for the dough)
3 tbsp of honey
150g of sugar 
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
180 ml of hot water.
500g of flour 
1 tsp of baking soda 

(for the cream):
250g of butter
600ml of milk
3 eggs 
1 tbsp. of flour 
1 tbsp. of sugar 
vanillin
100g of chopped nuts 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the mixture of oil, honey, sugar and water on fire and cook until boiling. Then remove it from heat and add there a mixture of flour and soda. You will get a choux dough. Divide it into 6-7 parts, roll out thinly and bake cakes until golden. Now, beat eggs with sugar, mix with flour, add cold milk and put on fire. It is necessary to stir thoroughly and constantly, until thick paste. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chopped nuts. Add butter in slightly cooled cream and whisk it with a mixer. Spread the cakes with cream and put the finished cake into the refrigerator for a few hours to soak and infuse.
