- 250 g of sour cream
- 110 g of butter
- 0.5 teaspoons of soda
- 2 cups of flour
- 1.5 lemon or orange
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- powdered sugar

To start, you need to mix baking soda with sour cream, add melted butter and all together mix thoroughly. Then gradually add 1.5 cup of flour and then check the consistency of the dough. If it sticks - pour the remained flour. Now you need to knead the dough, then divide it into 2 equal parts.
Then cut citruces into slices (with the peel) and blend using a blender, and then mix it with sugar.

From one part of the dough make a base of the future pie, spreading it on the bottom of the mold and making sides.

Then on top spread out the filling evenly and cover it on top with the second part of dough. To get a pie with golden crust, whip the egg yolk and brush it on top of the future pie.

Pierce the cake in several places with a fork, and then put it in a, preheated to 180 C, oven for 30 minutes to bake. When the cake is ready and cools down slightly, get it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
