HALLOWEEN BLACK CARAMEL APPLES

How about to cook apples in black caramel? Yes...You've never before heard about this? Believe me, your guests will be amazed and delighted with such unusual treats!
So, for 4 servings you will need:
Apples - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Invert sugar syrup 1/2 Art. (you can easily find a recipe on the Internet)
Water - 3/4 Art.
Black food coloring
Bamboo sticks (or simple ones)
Process: Cover your pan with buttered parchment (or the one with a special covering). Wash apples and press the sticks into the top. Then mix sugar, water, syrup, and a little bit of food coloring in a saucepan and put it on medium heat. Allow sugar to dissolve, gradually removing sugar crystals from the sides. Boil and cook caramel at a temperature of 150 C (to such state, when in cold water a drop of caramel will become a dense solid ball).
Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully dip the apples into the hot caramel. Now put the apples on a baking pan with parchment and leave them to cool (they have to stand for about 1 hour before you'd serve them on the table).
