Homemade Healthy Apple Marmalade!
Marmalade is considered as one of the most healthy types of sweets. It contains many vitamins and other useful nutrients. In addition, marmalade has a very nice texture and sweet-sour taste.

You will need:
- Apples - 5
- Sugar - 100 g (depending on sweetness of apples)
- Starch - 2 tbsp
- Water - 100 ml
- Gelatine - 20 g
Pour gelatin into warm water and leave to swell. At this time, dilute the starch and water. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate coarsely, then put them into a saucepan, pour sugar (according to your taste). Put the saucepan on a high heat, make it boil, and then make the fire smaller and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, stirring regularly. Then add the dissolved starch, stir again and bring to a boil again. After beating hot apple puree with a blender, drain it through a sieve. Heat the gelatin so that it is completely melted, pour in the saucepan and mix.
Pour this mixture into a mold covered with a cling wrap, flatten and put into the refrigerator to solidify. Then you just need to get ready marmalade out of the mold, cut into pieces and serve this delicacy on the table!
