Coffee is suitable for all skin types as a scrub. However, you need to add auxiliary substances to the body scrub, which make different effects on the body.
- Take a half of a cup of milk and add the coffee grounds to obtain the consistence of thick cream.
- Mix the coffee grounds in equal proportions with honey and vegetable oil (not very dense) - almond or coconut. Firstly, rub the skin with the composition, and then leave it on the body for 15 minutes.
- Mix the consistence with fat cottage cheese in equal proportions, put it on the body and massage for 10 minutes. Then leave it for another 10 minutes and rinse.
- Mix a tablespoon of coffee grounds with a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of salt and 1.5 teaspoon of sugar. Mix the dry components with 3-4 tablespoons of coconut, almond or olive oil. Sugar body scrub should be used immediately after preparation, since sugar is quickly dissolved.
For dry body skin, homemade body scrub can be saturated by any vegetable oil, as well as by sour cream, honey and cream.
