How To Cook

Step 1. This bread is very delicious and has wonderful garlic smell. You can also add herbs that you like. It can be parsley, dill or onion, either dried or fresh. Let’s get to cooking. First, we should add yeast to warn water, mix it with salt and sugar and add a couple of tablespoonfuls of flour. Within 15 minutes this mixture should rise. Bolt 400 grams of flour and add it to yeast mixture gradually.

Step 2. Mix the ingredients using a wooden spoon, then add the rest of the flour and knead dough by hand. It should get elastic and soft.

Step 3. Now wrap the dough in cling film or cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place or near a radiator.

Step 4. Prepare the filling. Mix softened butter with garlic and herbs. Use a garlic press to prepare garlic.

Step 5. When the dough has risen, roll it into a rectangle. Coat it with the filling and make a swirl. Now you are to cut the swirl lengthwise. Do not cut one end completely. Shape the dough to make a wreath. Join the ends together.

Step 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Let the wreath rise as you wait. You can coat it with eggs or water. As soon as the oven is heated, bake the wreath until golden brown.

Step 7. Enjoy your meal!
