Crab legs can be prepared easily at home in the most different ways. Usually, crab legs could be purchased already previously prepared and frozen, and what we have to do is to heat them up and to give them the additional spice. Here what you need to know to prepare crab legs in several different ways.
Defreeze frozen crab legs in your refrigerator (you have to leave them there for the night).
Take a deep and wide frying pan or a boiling pan. Boil some water with seasoning, a segment of a lemon and a small amount of salt. Take not much water so that crab legs should not be fully covered by the water. Put the crab legs in boiled broth and prepare under the cover during 3-6 minutes.
Take out the crab legs from boiled broth and serve the dish with garlic oil sauce, salad and a baguette.
For garlic oil sauce:
Melt butter in a small pan on a low heat. Add the garlic squeezed out by a masher, parsley and cayenne pepper if you use it. Heat up about 1 minute.
