How To Cook Rice

There are lots of rice dishes. The most well-known ones include pilaf, risotto and paella. In Japan, there are tortillas, sweets and other dishes made of rice. We present you a recipe of a very simple to cook dish. It flavored and very tasty crumbly rice.

Ingredients

  • rice – 500 g.;
  • butter or any other oil – 100 g.;
  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • water – 750 ml.

A Step-By-Step Instruction On How To Cook Crumbly Rice

Step 1. Put 100 g. of butter or pour any other oil into a deep frying pan with a thick bottom. Heat it up a bit and add 500 g. of rice.

Step 2. We are constantly mixing the rice for 2-3 minutes in order it heats up well.

Step 3. We add 1 teaspoon of salt and 750 ml. of boiled water into the pan.

Step 4. We cover the pan with a cap, make fire under it be very low and leave it approximately for 30 minutes till rice is cooked the way it should be cooked. (During the period of 30 minutes, we shouldn’t take away the cap).

Step 5. After the time is up, we take away the cap, carefully mix rice put it on a plate and serve this flavored and very tasty crumbly rice.
