How To Cook An Omelette

Omelet with milk is a tasty and nourishing breakfast which is of benefit to the whole organism by providing it with necessary calories and additional energy. The ordinary omelet is an integral part of food allowances of athletes or people who care for their body shape. There is an enormous number of omelet cooking variations with milk on a frying pan. There are so many various stuffings and additives to omelets. In this step-by-step recipe, you will learn how to cook an omelet with basil and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 5 cherry tomatoes;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • basil;
  • green onions.

The Way Of Cooking

Take two eggs and separate its yolk from white of eggs. Break the remained two eggs to the separated whites. Add salt and beat the eggs up so as to foam them.

Chop up basil and add it to the eggs.

Pour the egg mix on well heated teflon frying pan. The omelet has to be stirred slowly that it hasn't turned into a single chunk.

Keep Stirring and frying your omelet until all water has evaporated. Then add previously cut cherry tomatoes, stop heating the frying pan and leave the omelet for 10 minutes with the closed cover.

Put your ready omelet on a green lettuce leaf and strew with crushed onions above.
