Omelet with milk is a tasty and nourishing breakfast which is of benefit to the whole organism by providing it with necessary calories and additional energy. Take two eggs and separate its yolk from white of eggs. Break the remained two eggs to the separated whites. Add salt and beat the eggs up so as to foam them.
Chop up basil and add it to the eggs.
Pour the egg mix on well heated teflon frying pan. The omelet has to be stirred slowly that it hasn't turned into a single chunk.
Keep Stirring and frying your omelet until all water has evaporated. Then add previously cut cherry tomatoes, stop heating the frying pan and leave the omelet for 10 minutes with the closed cover.
Put your ready omelet on a green lettuce leaf and strew with crushed onions above.
