How To Cook Shiitake Mushrooms

Shiitake are usually baked in the oven with cheese sauce. It is light, flavorful and very tasty dish. It is possible to boil rice or macaroni as a garnish. Try them to cook, they are surely worth it!

This is a simple recipe of baked shiitake. Wash these mushrooms, clean them and cut off stems. Make tasty cheese sauce from the ingredients specified in the recipe, then fill the mushrooms with it. It is possible to bake shiitake in the oven, or you may roast them on the frying pan. Choose as it is pleasant to you more. Good luck!

Ingredients:

  • Shiitake - 6 pieces;
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoonful;
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoonful;
  • Parsley - 1 pinch;
  • Parmesan - 30 grams;
  • Butter - 10 grams;
  • Curry - to your taste.

How To Prepare

Wash out mushrooms carefully, and cut their stems off.

Make sauce from cheese, mustard, mayonnaise and butter, having mixed all these ingredients till formation of homogeneous mass. Fill the mushrooms with the formed mushrooms.

After that mushrooms are baked in the oven to readiness or fried on the frying pan under a cover during 5 minutes.

Before serving this dish strew the shiitake with dried parsley and some curry. Enjoy your meal!
