Cauliflower is a very useful and tasty vegetable, and there are so many options for its preparation and use. Now you will try to cook the cauliflower in the simplest way. The simplicity of this recipe does not affect the taste.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 1 (middle size);
  • Flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • Frying oil;
  • Salt and pepper.

How To Cook

Step 1. Divide the curds into small parts. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2. Put the boiled cauliflower in a colander and let drain. Add the flour, salt and pepper.

Step 3. Mix everything well.

Step 4. Put the cauliflower on a preheated pan with oil.

Step 5. Fry the cauliflower over a medium heat.

Step 6. The cauliflower should be fried on all sides until it becomes golden brown.
