You may agree or disagree, but the fact is that roasting peanuts may be a fun and easy thing to do. You need to simply follow our simple steps in order to cook this south dish in only several minutes time.

Ingredients:

  • 200g. of peanuts (2glasses);
  • Salt.

The Process Of Cooking

You put peanuts on a frying pan. There should be no oil or butter. You fry peanuts on a small fire for10-15 minutes. You need to mix them from time to time.

It is necessary to keep an eye on the peanuts so that they don’t get slightly burnt. Once the skin of the peanuts gets cracked, it means that everything is ready.

You need to cool the peanuts down a bit and grate them a bit in between your hands. Thus, you’ll get rid of the peanuts’ skin. This procedure doesn’t go fast. It takes, approximately, 15-20 minutes.

Dilute a half of a teaspoon of salt in a teaspoon of water.

Put the peanuts on the pan again and pour thee salty water on them. Cook the peanuts meanwhile actively mixing them. You do it till all the water evaporates. (Lots of salt crystals will be left on the pan. However, part of them will stick to the peanuts).

If you wish, you also may add several drops of vegetable oil for thee peanuts not to look like the peanuts that are sold in packages at a store.
