Let's take a look at the rules of baking apples, using one of the most popular recipes as an example.
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the apple, remove its core.
Put dried apricots in the hole.
Cut off the tip a little, so that the apple is stable.

For the vanilla sauce combine milk with cream and add the sugar, cut the vanilla stick lengthwise, clean out the seeds with a knife and add the stick to the mixture of milk and cream, put on a slow fire, and boil for 5-6 minutes, then remove it from the heat and put in the egg yolks one by one, whisking. Put the sauce on a water bath and stir it until thickened.
For the caramel sauce pour sugar in a saucepan and put it on weak fire.
Cook sugar to caramel color.
Add the small pieces of butter, then cream.
