About me

DSS Handmade stands for the initials of our creators (D = Darryl Hissey, S = Shirley Hissey and S = Susie Hollitt). DSS Handmade Opened it's store in September 2017 and is a Family Business Adventure.  DSS Handmade began because my daughter Anne New believed that our handmade creative talent should be shared with the world and decided to set up our shop on Etsy, including maintaining our listings and advertising our shop on multiple social media sites.  She has volunteered a lot of her spare time to growing our Etsy Shop and in February 2018 her hard work payed off - we received our first Sale Shipping to the United States. - Markets our business
- Encourages the designers not to give up on their dreams.
