I have been crocheting for at least 3 decades and I love it.

As I keep creating, my closets fill up and I find myself having to give away my creations to make room again.I rarely put the hook down, I even carry hooks in my purse. Hubby worries that I will bring the hooks on vacation too 🤔.

Friends and family have always told me that my items would surely sell and that I should try it some time. I would ponder the thought and feel pleased but soon after, self doubt happens and prevents me from trying.

Taught myself to make these funky sneaker slippers (no pattern - I have a hard time reading patterns properly). 

Finally, I have decided to follow Thomas the Tank Engine's advice...I think I can...I think I can.

And so my journey has begun and I am hopeful that my self doubting will subside, the feeling is strong. 

My next project to teach myself will be Teddy Bears 🤗 they're so adorable, and many other smaller, needful things.
