If you want it one hundred percent real then you will love the artwork of Sierra Barnes. She is a 20-year-old self-taught artist born and raised in Dallas, Texas. In 2002 she was diagnosed with Craniopharyngioma (brain tumor). After that in 2003, she was granted her wish by the Make A Wish Foundation Of North Texas to meet singer/actress Hilary Duff. Today, she continues to work with the Make A Wish Foundation Of North Texas. All of the obstacles and challenges she’s been through have not stopped her from pursuing her love and passion for art. Instead, it’s inspired her and motivated her as an artist as well as a person. She is also a writer and with every piece of art, she creates she writes a poem to go along with it that comes handwritten by her on the back of each piece. ​
