Copper pendant, blue wave hand painted with black leather cord

Imagine the warmth of the sun and the relaxation of the Mediterranean seas...........even when you are far away, this fabulous 3 section artisan designed blue necklace can recapture those feelings. Channel your inner mermaid by wearing this wave necklace! My inspiration for this striking statement necklace was from the fabulous colour combinations of the waves of Greece. I have hand forged this 3 section boho necklace from copper plumbing pipe before painting it with iridescent enamel paint. The hand painted fantasy enamel starts with the dark cobalt blue reminiscent of the deep ocean and swirls into glittering emerald and then the foaming white of the crest of the waves. The enamel paint gives a hard durable glassy like finish sparkling when it catches the light. I have also given it a polyurethane coating to protect it against tarnish. The 3 separate sections of copper are joined together with copper jump rings and suspended from a genuine black leather cord which has a handmade copper hook and loop fastening adjustable between 45cm and 48cm in length - this is truly unique and would also make a perfect gift idea for her 7th anniversary (copper!). The pendant is supplied in a lovely handmade and stamped gift box. I also have a selection of earrings in the same design to co-ordinate with this necklace.
