Homemade noodles is a delicious dish. Cook more of it and then dry the remaining amount and leave it. You can eat it later just pouring some chicken or mushroom broth or adding some butter and cheese.

Ingredients

2 glasses of flour;

2 eggs;

2 yolks;

1 tbs of vegetable oil;

1 tsp of large sea salt.

Step-By-Step Recipe

Step 1. Add salt into 1/3 glass of cold water and mix it until fully dissolved. Add the yolks and eggs to the glass and shake it until it’s homogeneous. Pour some oil into the blend and shake it again.

Step 2. Bolt the flour into a large wide bowl and make a “pit” in the middle.

Step 4. Divide the dough into 2–3 parts (it is easier to stir like this) and put them on the working surface. Beat it up, put it into a clean bowl, and leave it in the fridge to set for 6–8 hrs.

Step 5. Flatten the dough not using flour. You should get thin, almost transparent layers.

Step 6. Leave the layers on the towel. When the ends start to change their color and texture, cut the noodles with the scissors or with a pizza knife.
