This is a Native American tradition. You put your amulet,(your amulet is anything that fits in the bag that represents you) in the bag and wear it close to your heart. It brings you good medicine or luck. The technique I used is an ancient off loom bead weaving technique called Right angle weave. It's usually refer to as raw. The purse is usually 3 inches X 2 inches. Your amulet is anything that fits in the bag that represents you. The strap is wire wrapped and can be as long or as short as you need. I have made some as belts. They do come with a gift.
