How To Cook Cod

<ul><li>cod fillets 500 g;</li><li>lemon juice 1 tbs;</li><li>vegetable oil 2 tbs;</li><li>garlic 1 piece;</li><li>salt;</li><li>ground black pepper;</li><li>dry Italian herbs.</li></ul>

<p>Put the fillet in the bowl, cover it with the food wrap and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Tips: fish filet has a very short shelf life. If you don’t have enough time, marinade it and put it into the fridge. Thus, you will preserve it for more than 24 hours.</p>
