MIDCOAST MINI MAKER FAIRE

This Saturday, September, 9th at Rockland will be held Midcoast Mini Market Fair. This year it will be annual Midcoast celebration of the nationwide Makers Movement. This event is not a usual Faire. Although, you will be able to find here different things for yourself, for home and garden, for presents to your besties, you will as well become a part of creative proccess. This year, participants of the Fair will be drawing upon the absurdist logic and deadpan humor of artist William Wegman, on view in the current exhibition, Reel to Real, to create flip books and basic spinning toys that put your miniature illustrations in motion! Then all works will be captured using the video or time-lapse function on your phone (or with our camera) to be part of a compilation reel with your fellow Mini-Makers of the day!
